Dress is casual. Our best advice: Pick your favorite outfits that help you feel confident and comfortable. If you are attending church with us on Sunday morning, think dressy-casual.
Also, the training room is kept at a very low temperature. Please bring a sweater (or something warmer if you tend to be cold).
No. Sorry. The rooms are small and can only accommodate one person.
The conference is packed with learning; but we also enjoy meals together, have plenty of time to mingle and share stories, enjoy the grounds at the Jesuit Center and spend time in worship. If you prefer quiet or alone time, we respect that too.
Many women build lasting friendships over the course of the retreat. You will be welcomed with open arms! We mix up our group interactions which help all of us to get to know each other.
Some churches will sponsor their women leaders to attend. Yes, it’s true! Other women weren’t sure, but when they asked, their church gave them the financial support they needed. If your church says, “no”, please contact us with your scholarship questions. We occasionally have some scholarship dollars available.

Titus 2:3-5 “Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God,” Based on these verses, Christian women are to grow into leaders and mentors of one another. We at Greater Impact Ministries seek to assist women with world class training to become world class leaders with mature relationship skills.
Our most popular training event is our annual Strength & Dignity Conference.
This is a jam packed 2+ full days of training to help you develop your skills as a communicator, and as a leader in your home, your ministry, your work.
