Nina Roesner, Executive Director

After 15 years with the largest and most successful training company in the world, Nina was called to leave the secular business world to write and deliver courses for Christians. Since launching Greater Impact Ministries in [2006], she has seen God’s hand at work in the courses that He has inspired her to write. Over 95 percent of course participants report improving their relationship with God and becoming more confident. She firmly believes that to be fully productive and have peace, one must live life for an audience of One, being fully engaged in all the roles He has placed us in. She has coached numerous executives and pastors around the country and currently provides leadership for Greater Impact Ministries, Inc. as Executive Director. She and her husband, Jim, met in 1985 and married in 1991 after Nina finished her Masters degree at West Virginia University. She and Jim are raising their 3 children, Adam, Bram and Elizabeth, together in Loveland, Ohio.


Debbie Hitchcock, Director of Operations

Debbie joined Greater Impact Ministries after taking Daughters of SarahTM. Making her good marriage even better was just the beginning for her; she believes that God has intricately woven all her life experiences for this ministry and God used Daughters of SarahTM to help her realize His plan. Debbie holds a BS in Business Education from Morehead State University and her graduate work was at the University of Cincinnati. After 13 years experience in Human Resources with companies such as General Electric and American Hospital Supply Corporation, Debbie decided to start her own training and consulting firm. She has been certified to deliver courses for numerous companies including Forum Corporation and Myers-Briggs.
Debbie's experience in management development and training and over 30 years of marriage to her husband, Dave, provide a unique blend for Greater Impact Ministries. She and Dave have 4 children and live in Milford, Ohio.
